With over 18 years of banking experience, including seven years at SCCU, most recently successfully leading our Customer Service Centre, Tara has a wealth of knowledge and passion for enhancing our customer’s experience and the engagement of our frontline teams.

Since joining SCCU, Tara has embraced opportunities to expand her expertise, gaining deep understanding of the organisation across finance, service and operations. This holistic knowledge has helped her lead with confidence and drive innovation.
It doesn’t stop there, a Tweed local for 20 years, Tara has a strong community spirit and truly embodies our customer own banking ethos of being a part of and servicing the communities we serve.
Under her leadership she has been instrumental in making SCCU the success we are today. Tara has also earned multiple peer-voted recognition awards for her leadership style and someone who wants to make a genuine difference.
Outside of work, Tara enjoys spending time with family and friends, maintaining an active lifestyle and advocating for female health and fitness. Her passion for building connections and creating meaningful experiences shines through in everything she does at SCCU.
