Meet Jordan Youngson, your Tweed Heads Financial Service Centre Manager. Born and bred in Tweed, a true local and member of the community, Jordan is proud to support our local customers across their financial needs.

From decades of customer service experience, Jordan has a natural ability to understand and translate customer needs to achieve the best possible outcomes. With a personal goal to ensure every customer leaves SCCU happier than when they walked in, Jordan couldn’t be better suited to lead Tweed.

We have such a fantastic team at Tweed, and I am so proud to be able to lead this team into their future successes.

Having a strong sense of community, Jordan loves the culture that has been fostered by SCCU, with people and conversations at the core of everything we do. Encouraged to actively engage with customers on a personal level, Jordan realised this point of difference of SCCU is more than a competitive edge, it’s integral to our quality of life.

Because we have fostered such a positive culture within our financial service centre, many of our customers come in to do their banking with us in person purely for the catch ups and interactions with our team members which is something to be extremely proud of.

A big family man, when Jordan isn’t helping our customers at Tweed, you can find him enjoying the sun and surf at one of the surrounding (and stunning) local beaches or cherishing quality time with his family at one of the local parks.
