We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Contact Centre team at Tweed City.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for someone with the energy and passion to lead and develop a customer focused culture within the Contact Centre. In addition to this, you will also have:

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role in the financial, banking or retail industry
  • Demonstrated experience as a sales leader and developing and managing inbound and outbound sales and leads
  • Exceptional people skills with the proven ability to engage and inspire a team to deliver results
  • A high level of communication skills
  • The ability to develop and maintain ongoing relationships with customers
  • A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to work with other areas of the business to ensure a holistic approach to customer service
  • A Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance, or any other a relevant qualification is also desirable.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Executive Manager Distribution, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing, leading and empowering the Contact Centre team to ensure a seamless and end to end service experience for all customers
  • Building a sales through service culture and delivering sales outcomes in line with set targets
  • Supporting customer relationships and business growth by actively exploring customer needs and increasing share of wallet
  • Ensuring all Contact Centre standards relating to call queues wait time, abandon rates, availability and utilisation, are maintained
  • Overseeing the day to day lending operations within the Contact Centre, including the sale of all insurance, personal and mortgage products
  • Actively promoting our brand in the local community by getting involved in local events and networking opportunities
  • Working closely with all teams across the organisation to help support and drive change and transformation initiatives across the business

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Contact Centre team at Tweed City.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for an energetic person with the passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In addition to this, you will also have:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in a contact centre 
  • Experience in a retail banking environment desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with clients via the phone, in a sales and service based business 
  • Great communication skills with ability to build genuine rapport with customers
  • Ability to demonstrate your flexibility and work as part of a team
  • Display a high level of motivation and personal initiative

What you'll do

Reporting to the Contact Centre Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing an end to end experience for all customers
  • Assisting customers with their banking and insurance needs
  • Developing a deep understanding of our customers circumstances and financial needs, over the phone, in a friendly and timely manner
  • Promoting products and services whilst exploring customer needs
  • Actively seeking referrals for new business from existing customers
  • Actively communicating with your team and Team Leader to identify any areas for business improvement
  • Working together with your team to deliver an exceptional standard of service.
